BLACK MASTIC REMOVER is used for the removal of Black "Cutback" Adhesive which is usually found underneath 9X9 VAT Tile and sometimes under 12X12 Vinyl Composite Tile. This product contains no hazardous citrus or chlorinated solvents. Coverage is 100-150 Sq. feet per gallon.

LATEX/ACRYLIC MASTIC AND CARPET ADHESIVE REMOVER is a safe product that will remove latex/acrylic mastic and carpet adhesive from any type of flooring in ONE application. This product can be used on wood, concrete, marble, terrazzo, tile etc. without damage to the surface. It is applied by squeegee, roller or brush, left on for one/two hours and easily removed with a soft bristle brush or mop. Coverage is 100-150 sq. feet per gallon.

ENCAPSULATION LEAD STOP

LEAD STOP
Lead Encapsulating Compound is a thick elastomeric coating that is made to be a long lasting barrier over lead based paint. When applied according to directions, LEAD STOP provides a protective barrier coat that seals, blocks in lead that is contained in old lead based paints on previously painted surfaces. LEAD STOP has earned a seal of approval for lead abatement from D.L. Litter Laboratories and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts – Department of Public Health Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program. LEAD STOP protects the existing painted surfaces from further deterioration and has been specifically formulated to resist cracking from impact, surface movement and age for long term protection.”.

EQUIPMENT
PEEL AWAY SPRAYER
For larger projects we have introduced a new hopper-style spray unit for all PEEL AWAY products. PEEL AWAY SPRAYER is a specialized 5.5-gallon hopper-style spray unit used especially for spraying the PEEL AWAY I/ST-1 products. This equipment will also spray all other PEEL AWAY products as well as textured coatings and other paint products. When spraying PEEL AWAY I/ST-1 a quart of water is added to the product and mixed with an electric paddle mixer before being poured into the 5.5-gallon hopper. An 8-hp air compressor is needed to pump the product through the 25-foot hose and texture gun. This unit will spray as well as the larger 20:1 President pump. All other PEEL AWAY products do not need to be diluted before spraying. A 20- gallon hopper sprayer is also available.


RECYCLEAN
 RECYCLEAN is a pressure wash/vac system that is used for the clean up process after the PEEL AWAY system dissolves the paint coatings. RECYCLEAN system consists of high-pressure water and vacuum working together within specially designed hooded hand tools. The tools are applied to the surface to be cleaned and the water pressure (up to 1000 PSI) and vacuum lift any surface residue and transfer it into a container without any splash back or water runoff. This system is especially suited for interior or exterior projects where water runoff is a problem situation. This system is also very useful for LEAD ABATEMENT projects where water collection is very important.
